Mercer Nissan – Mazda is celebrating over 31 years as a new car dealership in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Robin and Roger moved from Dallas in 1979 and bought a small Datsun dealership in Lufkin. One year later they purchased the Mazda franchise and moved to their current location. They have never looked back.

Everyone has their own philosophy about how to run a business and what keeps customers coming back. The Mercers' have been blessed with great customers. They are now selling to the third generation of their original customers. Of equal importance to them are their employees. They still have two of the original employees from when they purchased the Datsun dealership. So their strength is repeat customers and long term employees.

Mercer Nissan-Mazda is always ranked as a top tier dealership in both Nissan and Mazda customer satisfaction. Factory certification is of great importance when it comes to knowing how to keep customers happy with our quality Nissan and Mazda cars. The entire sales department is factory qualified.

Our service department has a Mazda and Nissan Master Technician. Service is open on Saturdays for our out of town customers. Both sales and service have a Spanish speaking consultant available.
The Mercers have big plans for the future. In early 2012 they will break ground on the construction of a brand new Nissan dealership facility. The new Nissan store will be triple the size of our current one and will include state of the art equipment. Mazda will then be expanded at our present location.

We invite you to search our used car selection. All of our pre-owned vehicles are driven by Mr. Mercer prior to being offered for sale. He then makes a checklist of anything that needs to be repaired and our factory trained technicians do the work. No vehicle is offered for sale unless it passes an extensive used car inspection.

All of our new cars & trucks are delivered fully serviced, detailed and with a full tank of gas. Plus, our new car customers receive a certificate for a FREE repair of their first minor door ding by the local Dent Daddy franchise.

We sell cars and trucks all over the United States. Most of the long distance sales are done over the phone or by internet.
